Client Support Coordinator
Adam is very professional and always wants to do the right thing, but he is also the first one to crack a joke. The hospitality industry was a great arena for him to utilize his personality, skills and a BS degree in Management from the University of Southern Maine. Eight years of experience at an elegant coastal resort in Maine gave Adam the opportunity to be involved in all the tasks that make a hotel run smoothly and efficiently. His responsibilities ranged from helping guests and potential clients with hotel offerings, to the frequent guests who were political dignitaries associated with presidents of the United States, media personnel and security agents. Adam was able to resolve hundreds of issues and problems each month without requiring escalation to a higher level of management.
Very likeable, Adam uses his experience as a negotiator and is successfully placing candidates in jobs that are very appropriate. Another skill that has blossomed is Adam’s talent for training. He is doing an excellent job training our new recruiters in the required national certifications.
Music is Adam’s passion. He has played guitar for 12 years, mandolin for 3 years and enjoys songwriting. He has played in various bands throughout New England and New York, some with both regional and national recognition. During the winter, he likes to take weekend trips to visit old friends. In summer he enjoys camping and taking in the sights in his hometown, Kennebunkport. His travels for pleasure have taken him to Italy and Thailand. In the future he hopes to make it to Japan and Australia, as well as an extended stay in the Amalfi coastal region of Italy.
